Welcome!

…and CONGRATULATIONS! Now that you’re here, you’re one step closer to achieving the most optimal health and lifestyle.

As you navigate through my recommended biohacks, keep the following in mind:

  • I don’t consider myself an expert; I consider myself an enthusiast. Some of my biohacking recommendations are hands down great for everyone, but others you may want to discuss with your doctor. That being said, it’s always important to remember that any MD is just that: a medical doctor. Most MDs receive little to no education on nutrition in med school. For this reason, as you begin your journey to optimal health, you may want to consult a naturopathic doctor or nutritionist who incorporates best practices from both Western and Eastern medicine.
  • If it seems as if I have everything figured out, rest assured…I don’t! I’m still researching, learning, and adapting my lifestyle each day. Some lifestyle changes are more difficult for me than others, so I, like everyone else, am a work in progress.
  • Don’t take on too much at once. Think “quality vs. quantity” as you incorporate biohacks into your lifestyle. Read one of my blog posts (or two!) that intrigues you; conduct your own research, beginning with the links I provide in each post; and ease into your new and improved lifestyle. If you try to do too much too soon, you may burn out and give up…and we don’t want that!
  • Finally, my goal is to provide you with a one-stop biohack shop by aggregating as much information as possible (e.g., articles, podcasts, and documentaries) so that you can spend less time searching for resources and more time making positive health and lifestyle changes. Who has the time to sift through all of the crazy information out there? (Well, apparently I do…) Let me do the heavy lifting so that you can leisurely read, learn, and relaaaaaax.

All my best to you on your biohacking journey,

Brooke
